Has anyone else had a negative experience with Direct SS Incorporated?

I placed an order with this company. 3 days after the order was placed I received notice that the order was shipped. However, only the billing information was received by the shipper, no package. 4 wks. later and still no product. After 6 failed attempts to solicit communications from them and no response. I have canceled the order, again with my communications to them receiving no response from them. (I used their website contact form, fax #, and another # I found ociated with them as ways to try and get a response) Is there a way to communicate with these guys and get a response? Based on my experience I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.
