Have you had any pus when using new-skin?

I had an abrasion on my shoulder, roughly 3 by 10 cm. I gave it 2 days to scab up, and then applied NewSkin. Now (about 2 days later) I find some (but very little) pus aculating under the NewSkin. The directions for removing it say spray more on, wipe off, but I *really* don't want to disturb the wound. Recommendations?
