Athiests are just afraid of absolutes?

So Christianity is about absolutes, and science states that in science itself, no absolutes can be made - as any real conclusive scientific testing may require an infinite number of evidence's to be present. For example the theory of relativity, is only applicicable to certain scenerios but not at all and to form the 100% conclusive correction to that theory the one doing so would HAVE to have an infinite understanding of the universe even to the smallest point of matter to the greatest. So we have an understaning based on an infintecimal amount of data and call it either scientific theory or scientific fact, while any scientific fact is not necesarily truth, but just a scientific fact until new evidence arises to disprove it. So in this realm of make-believe until new evidence arises lies the "there is no absolutes" world view. As Christianity is based entirely on absolutes. So why do people fear the absolutes? Are they even aware that there are absolutes and are just afraid?
