If you use anti ageing creams and things at a young age to plump up your skin..?

It means you are wasting your money. Nothing will plump up the skin or take away wrinkles. The creams are only on the top surface they would need to go a few inches inside the skin. I am 52 and the only time I put cream near my skin is when I go to spain in summer and I have no wrinkles and people say I don't look 52 that I look 42, my mother is 72 and has no wrinkles and she looks about mid 50s. The skin and the hair is determined mainly by genetics and the state of your skin goes with what you put into your body - the only age problem I have is grey hair but use brown hair dye and have done so since my mid 20s. I also have lots of freckles which multiply when the sun comes out. You will find that people who live in hot climates have more wrinkled skin that people like me from Scotland.

I applied to UPenn (full payment, supplement, and app) completed two weeks ago and there has been no email response as to check if my app has been received. Im probably just nervous but is this normal. Also my Harvard interview is next week any pointers (besides "be yourself")

Could it be thyroid cancer?

i have a goiter, just had the ultrasound yesterday and am supposed to get the results today, but i am nervous. the lump is large enough to be seen and obviously felt on my neck. tsh was 94.8. i have all the normal symptoms but it seems like they have gotten worse lately. i have done so much research on thyroid cancer and nodules and goiters, but does anyone know the actual signs to look for when it is cancer ( i know that is is uncommon) and isn't it more likely to be since the m is so large? any imput would help thanks.
