Looking for a recipe from Diners, Drive Ins & Dives with blueberries and thyme?

I remember on an episode of DDD Guy went to a restaurant where I believe they made some kind of pastry that had blueberries (or some kind of berry) and, I believe, thyme (or some kind of unexpected herb). I know it's vague, but if anyone has any idea what I'm talking about a little help would be greatly appreciated!
