Could it be thyroid cancer?

i have a goiter, just had the ultrasound yesterday and am supposed to get the results today, but i am nervous. the lump is large enough to be seen and obviously felt on my neck. tsh was 94.8. i have all the normal symptoms but it seems like they have gotten worse lately. i have done so much research on thyroid cancer and nodules and goiters, but does anyone know the actual signs to look for when it is cancer ( i know that is is uncommon) and isn't it more likely to be since the m is so large? any imput would help thanks.
