I had this amazing chai recipe about six months ago, but when we moved, I lost it. It is the kind where you cold brew the chai in the fridge for 24 hours or more before you use it. It contains cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, all ground up. You mix the spices into some milk, cream, soy milk, whatever you want, and store it in a jar in the fridge to steep for a day. I cannot find the amounts of the spices that I am supposed to use. Does anyone have a recipe like this, or maybe even the one that I am talking about?
