Poptropica Astro Knights Walkthrough?

Ok so I`m on the Pewter Moon planet and I asked the boss guy who fixes stuff if he could fix my spaceship and blah blah blah and then he finally says that I could give him my spaceship and he`ll let me build a new spaceship on the Holopad. But when I go outside I land where my spaceship (Excalibur) is...and my character says, "Oops....say goodbye to Excalibur." and when I tried to make a new ship the guy near the Holopad Console says, "Hey you`re gonna have to talk to my boss before you touch any of that stuff." which I aready DID talk to his boss. So every time I talk to the boss and go outside it keeps doing that even though I already talked to the boss. So please help?!?! I can`t complete the mission OR get off the planet??
