Take a look at my avatar and the hairstyle that is displayed there. I am hearing impaired and wear two?

hearing aids. I want to hide them since a lot of people make a big scene out of them or keep looking at them while I am talking to them. My question is can I grow my hair out to look like the hairstyle in my avatar to hide them? Please don't reply with the answer like to ignore people and be yourself. This doesn't work in the real world. I am trying to get a job and I believe that my hearing aids and speech impediment are a hindrance to my getting a job.
