Rebuilding a chevy 307?

i would go with installing 4 bolt splayed main caps,forged steel crank (eagle products work great),bore the 307 .030 over buy a set of edelbrock aluminum heads with 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhuast,and 64 cc combustion chambers.and angled plugs.a Weiand X-celerator intake a Holley 600 carb,a Lunati voodoo cam with 233/241 dur and 504/525 lift.MSD distibutor and 6-A ignition box.a set of eagle H-beam rods.and a set of hooker comp headers.this should get you in the mid 300 hp range and use a B&M 10" holeshot converter,with a street/strip turbo 350 trans and 12 bolt rear with 4.32:1 richmond gears.and a detroit locker diff.and mosier engineering 32 splined race axles.web sit are summitracing.com mosierengineering.com
