Help and quick i my dad is being abusive and dumb!?

my dad has always been like this! i got a little sister named Jen (shes 12 by the way) and he is always slaping her around and beating her! well i got kicked out a cuple days ago for being in a school riot and got kicked out. i live with at friends house (its like the kind of house in the anarchist cook book....anarchist punk my self so ya)...and a whole bunch our friends live there. ANYWAYS! my sister BEGS AND BEGS to come with me! My friends there love her and treet her like one of them so do you think i should take her?cuz my whole family (mom and dad) are drunks and abusive! i dont want to leave her behind in that mess....cuz im pretty sure shes safer with my friends then my parents. oh and for the rush ya uhhhh i took my sister too a concert and in the pit she got nocked down by this guy and sprang her ankle. (yess it was a rancid concert....) but the guy that nocked her down was totally legit about it and helped her out to the car and gave us a ride home. well if my dad or mom finds out shes dead! literally! and they come back home from work in like 2 hours! he doesnt know were the house is so ya.
