Is there a free agency that helps you find houses for rent?

I'm trying to find a nice house to rent in the Atlanta/Midtown/Buckhead vicinity & have come up short looking on Craigslist and AJC.com, etc... I know that Promove helps you find apartments but is there an agency that can help me find houses? For free would be ideal but I'm willing to pay also.
