How do I send a letter to a company/famous person?

For a school ignment were supposed to write 2 letters to either a company, person, or basically anything that we love or hate. One a complaint the other a complement. & I figured why not try and send one to one of the Bones actors or creator like Hart Hanson, Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, TJ Thyne, Michaela Conlin, Tamara Taylor, or John Daley. If I can't send a letter to any of them then I want to try to send a letter to Hollister, Abercrombie, or Forever 21. Were suppsoed to have the addresses by like tomorrow so i need MAJOR help like super soon. So please someone help me find two different places to send my letters from one of the places/people I mentioned. Also it can't be like sent over the computer it has to be in the mail so no emailing but an actually address to send the letters to.
