Where to get heat lamp fittings for my TURTLE TANK?

Right here's the problem I currently have a desk lamp hovered over my turtle tank directly on my basking area now I've seen on YouTube alot of people have some kind off fitting that connects the heat bulb to the tank I'm from the uk and I'm having a nightmare trying to find these fittings they seem so much better than my current set up so if anyone knows a website that sells them could you please reply thank you
