Switching from Army JAG to Marine JAG?

I'm currently an Army officer going to school for JAG. If I wanted to switch to Marine Corps JAG after I complete my Army commitment, would I have to start all over by going to OCS? Would I be reduced in rank from CPT to 2LT again?
