Superhero vs Vigilante?

Batman beat superman. I have the comic. Batman made a suit and plugged it into the Gotham power grid. Batman was beating the crap out of superman but then he faked his own death. Superman attended the funeral of batman but knew that he was still alive because he could hear his heart beating. Superman then realized that he had been beaten and outsmarted by a man with no superpowers. Batman Rules!!
