Last night's dinner tasted horrible to me, but not to my family. Could it be a pregnancy symptom?

Yep. I went out to eat at PF Chang's with my family and I swore up and down I got food poisoning, but no one else got sick. My stomach was so messed up! I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but the next week...it was positive (at 5 weeks)!!!!
