Coloring on young mallards

i adopted a young mallard, i can tell shes a female, very loud quacking,her other duckling siblings, look all the same,i want to get a male ,some have that white strip on their wings some dont,the female i have has it.they are fully feathered, how do you tell the males from females.i want to get her a mate.thanks
