Can my wife recover from this stroke?

My wife has had a Brain stem CVA as a result from a stroke. She is only 22. I guess what im trying to ask is if she will be able to walk/talk again. She had the stroke April 17th and was in ICU until April 27th where she went to a rehab facility. Upon arriving she was incoherent and could not move, speak, or respond at all. To this day she is now able to respond thru head movement and can move her arms and legs. She still cannot speak though.
